Greg Edmonds (Managing Director)
Greg is the Managing Director and founder of Project Procure and has more than 20 years experience in procurement, contract management, delivering Change Management programs and the training and development of management teams.
Greg’s key areas of expertise include strategic procurement, contract management, probity advice and auditing, strategic sourcing, negotiations & dispute management, project management, training and cost reduction.
Charlie Edmonds (Finance & Admin Manager)
Charlie has over 15 years experience in administration. Her experience includes financial reporting, budgeting, high level reporting, training and mentoring of administration staff and IT troubleshooting. Charlie has gained her understanding and knowledge from various industries including property & construction, retail, animal pharmaceuticals and professional services firms.
John Bateman (Manager)
John has a background in law where he worked for more than 20 years. In the last 12 years he has specialised in procurement and for most of that time has managed procurement functions within the Queensland public sector agencies. His experience has been wide ranging but in particular he has focused on strategic procurement solutions, change management, contracting and supply markets. Over the past four years, John has been working in large infrastructure procurement.
Scott Hansen (Manager)
Scott’s background includes 2½ years with BHP Billiton and 2 years with Deloitte specialising in the mining sector. His experience includes internal audit, risk reviews and consultancy advice across government and public enterprise. While working with Deloitte, Scott was a Senior Analyst involved with the Procurement and Delivery Service Group who provided probity advice to significant projects.
Heath Jess (Manager)
Heath is a Senior Consultant with Project Procure and has extensive experience in procurement for the government sector. Heath has managed all aspects of the procurement process and has a strong knowledge of the industry. Heath has been involved in spend analysis and process improvement projects for the Canberra Hospital.
These projects had excellent outcomes with the formalisation of purchasing arrangements, standardisation of product lines and the achievement of considerable savings.
Christian Fauster (Senior Consultant)
Christian is a Senior Consultant at Project Procure with over four years professional services experience. Christian has been involved in a variety of process improvement projects in large multinational companies and has also worked on engagements for small and medium enterprises and the government.
Christian also has extensive experience in major project work. He developed costing models for the Department of Defence on a major IT systems upgrade, for Queensland Rail on a large scale rolling stock procurement project as well as for the Department of Transport and Main Roads Queensland on a regulatory reform project. Christian was also engaged as a consultant on various project alliances, including Brisbane Waste, RTA New South Wales, ACTEW Corporation and Queensland Rail.
