Greg is the CEO and founder of Project Procure and has over 16 years of valued experience. Greg's key areas of expertise include procurement, contract management, negotiations and dispute management, probity advice and auditing, strategic sourcing, project management, training and cost reduction. Greg gained his experience from fulfilling senior management roles within Australian companies such as Woolworth's Ltd, J.J. Richards & Sons and ENERGEX. Since founding Project Procure, Greg has provided services to government agencies, government owned corporations and the mining and resource sector.
Chief Executive Officer
Mark has 18 years experience across the Government, Defence/Aerospace, Utilities, Automotive and Resources sectors. Mark has built his knowledge and experience through senior roles in ENERGEX, Boeing Defence Australia and the South Australian Government. Since joining Project Procure, Mark has led and delivered numerous engagements to clients in Oil & Gas, State Government and Local Government.
Heath is the QLD General Manager for Project Procure and has extensive experience in procurement for the private and government sectors. Heath has managed all aspects of the procurement process and has demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing. Heath has delivered procurement projects in a wide range of industries including oil & gas, infrastructure, transport, health, water, ICT and telecommunications.

Eugene is the Regional Manager in NSW for Project Procure. Over the course of his career, Eugene has engaged in various global capacities and led numerous significant sourcing projects, delivering category management, expense management, business process outsourcing and process optimisation initiatives. Eugene's "can do" attitude, proactive stakeholder engagement and ability to understand business needs has enabled him to deliver innovative problem solving solutions. He has excellent decision making and problem solving skills developed while meeting the challenges of increased cost and pressure on profitability.
