developing capability

customised training

This local council engaged Project Procure to undertake a Procurement Capability Review focussing on governance, people, processes, systems and spend.

A state-wide public service organisation identified procurement and contract management skill shortages. Project Procure worked collaboratively with the organisation to develop and deliver customised training to bridge the capability gap.

contract performance review

New legislation required a Government department to undertake a high risk / high profile procurement process for the provision of services. Project Procure provided an end-to-end procurement service including market research, drafting
of procurement and tender documentation, evaluation and contract negotiations.
Project Procure successfully implemented a contract on-time and to the
satisfaction of all stakeholders.

An alliance of organisations was responsible for the delivery of a motorway upgrade, as part of a major infrastructure program underway in South East Queensland.  Project Procure was engaged to review all procurement procedures, establish current capability, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver customised training to ensure staff have the capability to deliver project requirements.

procurement performance

A government department sought to undertake a major (multi billion dollar) construction project.  To ensure this probity was maintained throughout the project, Project Procure was engaged to provide probity services.

Project Procure was engaged to lead the development of a Procurement Performance Management framework for a large government department.  The framework had to be capable of quantifying the benefits that procurement achieves and providing necessary information to report on procurement performance.
